Multi-phase inverter-controlled induction machine at varied rotor parameters

<p>This paper presents a step-wise modelling of symmetrical six-phase induction machine driven by diode clamped multi-level inverter at varying rotor resistance and motor inertia. The drive process was considered in two stages. first stage the dynamic behavior when load torque 0 Nm 100 is applied varied external value (0.8 3.2) Ω with constant second showcased variations speed, electromagnetic current inertia (0.5 1.5) Kg-m2 held constant. A five-level converter phase displaced sixty degrees modulation index 0.8 modeled to poly-phase reduced %THD. All models were simulated MATLAB 7.11. simulation results showed that oscillations current, speed pulsations achieved inertia.</p>
